MY MID CENTURY PROJECT :

Every few years I buy the worst house on the block and see what I can do with it. I bought my very first house when I was 21. It was an old 3 story Victorian character home that had been rented to from what I could see 10 teenagers that had destroyed it.

It was all I could afford at the time so out of necessity I fixed it up. When I sold it I made a bit of money. Then I was hooked.

Now redoing these houses isn’t about making money. I do it because I LIKE it. I treat each place like a canvas and have fun.
